A great feature of this platform is that it also has an automated assistant (chatbot) to guide our customers accordingly. A chatbot is a computer program designed to simulate conversation with human users that can understand and respond to user queries, provide instant assistance information, or even perform tasks.
For example, when a customer messages on WhatsApp, they will be talking to our automated assistant, who can guide them on placing an order, requesting a vet submission form, product inquiries, guidelines on brooding chicks, answers to frequently asked questions, and our location. Although our automated assistant is the first to greet you on WhatsApp, you can still request to speak to a sales agent for any other queries.
