We are seeking a creative and reliable Freelance Video Content Creator with a professional yet friendly personality to help tell the story of our brand. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys behind-the-scenes footage and lighthearted, creative storytelling.
The creator will work closely with our team to conceptualise, film, and edit videos that educate, entertain, and showcase the day-to-day experiences of our hatchery and retail operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Produce 4–6 short-form videos per month (15–90 seconds each)
- Film on location (in-store and hatchery) at least twice per month
- Edit and deliver video content formatted for social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube)
- Collaborate with our team to plan monthly content themes and campaigns
- Bring fun, fresh, and engaging ideas—farm life has personality, and we want to show it!
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Strong videography and editing skills
- A self-starter with good time management and reliability
- Ability to capture engaging shots and tell stories visually
- Friendly, flexible, and confident working around animals and in an active retail setting
