The Next StepsClaiming Against Early Chick Mortality
Assess Whether Your Chick Mortality Is Eligible For Compensation
If your chicks arrived at your farm – or, in the case of our export customers, at your airport – with some deaths, then we ask that you fill out the form below. If you have had early mortality after delivery (less than a week old) and you have already received a veterinary postmortem report, please also fill out the form. Please remember not all chick mortality is eligible for compensation from the hatchery. See our Terms Of Sale policy for more details.
Fill In The Form
Please share your name and contact information (especially your email address!). For your claim to be processed, you MUST attach the supporting documents; photos can also be attached to help support your claim.
Submit
That's the yellow button at the bottom of the form. Please check your email address; the completed form is automatically forwarded to our Sales Team and sent back to you as confirmation of submission.
We Will Reach Out...
After receiving the completed claim form, we will evaluate the veterinary postmortem report or the "Dead On Arrival" (DOA) proof, such as a signed Air Waybill or invoice with mortality notes. Verified DOA claims will be honoured, and postmortem reports will be evaluated to determine the cause before a decision on compensation can be made.
